Sample Wedding Menu

Passed Hors D'oeuvres

Grilled cheese with tomato soup shooter

Mexican street corn cups

Deviled eggs with smoked paprika and chive

Caprese Bruschetta with cherry tomato, sunflower mozzarella, fresh basil, balsamic glaze

Veggie meatball pops with sage marinara

Lobster mushroom roll bites

Toasted ravioli (options are meaty walnut, tofu ricotta, butternut squash, spinach and cheeze)

Entrees:

Two buffet stations set up as desired:

Eggplant Parmesan with warmed garlic breads or knots

Penne alla Puttanesca with Italian tomato, roasted cauliflower, olives, garlic, basil

Chknless cutlets and Portobello Lemon Franchise

Linguine or pasta of your choice

Tinga with Jackfruit and tostada

Taco bar.. assorted toppings, guacamole, salsas (mango salsa, salsa verde, mild salsa, etc.), refried beans, black beans, shredded cheese, tofu sour cream, pickled jalapeno, braised broccoli, sauteed onions, fresh onion in lime and herbs, soft and hard taco shells

Full platters are $135-$150 serve 20-25, half platters $100 serve 10–13

Menu offerings:

- Beyond or Impossible burger sliders on pretzel buns, greens, tomato, pickles - Tempeh avocado BLT sandwiches
- Chickpea tuna wraps with all the fixings and blue corn chips
- Taco platter

- We can do an assortment of soft and/ or crunchy tacos already made and ready to serve - Spinach tofu ricotta lasagna
- Layers of lasagna noodles, fresh basil marinara, tofu ricotta, and coconut parm cheese
- Grilled portobello, cashew mozzarella, organic baby arugula on whole wheat bread

- Buffalo or BBQ tempeh bites with fresh cut veggies, garlic aioli in a wrap or on burger sliders **

- Bbq pineapple, apple seitan po-boy sandwiches with creamy apple cabbage slaw ** - Heart of palm “crab” cakes with dill aioli on a pretzel bun
- Baked sweet potato mac n cheese with or without burger crumble cups
- Wild mushroom risotto

- Spring veggie tofu quiche tarts
